During checkout, please insert a note in the "Add order note" section of your shopping cart and enter the claim number that corresponds to your disc as stated in our text message. If you want to ship a disc to you that does not have your name on it, please also include the name and phone number that is on the disc so we can verify the owner.

Once you Check out, you will be asked to select from a list of shipping carriers with their corresponding rates and estimated delivery times.
