The Prodigy Disc A1 is a beaded overstable utility disc that fills the gap between midranges and putters. It is perfect for power throwers who want to avoid the possibility of turn overs. The disc is consistent and reliable in all wind conditions and perfect for short, trick throws.

The A Series Approach Discs are specially created to bridge the gap between putters and midrange discs in disc golf. These discs are designed to provide players with more options for short-range shots where a putter may not provide enough distance, but a midrange disc may be too powerful. The A Series discs are similar in size to a putter but have a profile that more closely resembles a midrange disc.

400 plastic is a premium blend of materials that is extremely durable and gives the thrower an impeccable grip, even when it is wet. It is the most popular Prodigy plastic across the entire lineup of discs. While 400 plastic is often known for its translucent properties, which catch the sunlight well for pronounced colours in the daytime, it can also be more opaque. 400 plastic has a stiff rim and more “pop” when you flex the center of the disc. Recommended for wet conditions and maximum distance drivers.
