PRODUCT QUESTIONS

When you add a disc to your cart, you are adding the disc that is shown in the drop down menu beneath the product title. Make sure the number at the end of the disc weight and colour description matches the number on the label that is affixed to the disc on the photographed disc (above the product title on phones; left of the drop down menu on desktops).

If we are able to order high demand items, we update their status in our "Coming Soon collection" If you want an item that you can't find in our store, please email us your request at service@acerunners.ca.

If a product is completely sold out, you can sign up for restock notification on our website. This way, we know what is being requested and we can email you when that product is restocked. If a product is not completely sold out, you can view our "Recently Restocked collection", which contains all product lines that have been updated with new variants in the past week. 

These pre-orders will be fulfilled with a random weight and colour(s) if applicable. If you insert your preferred weight and/or colour in your order notes, we will do our best to match based on availability. Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are placed. Other items ordered with a pre-order item will be held and shipped when the pre-order item is available to be shipped.

ORDERING QUESTIONS

Once you have added an item in your cart, a Check out box should pop up with a "Add order note". Click the icon at the end of "Add order note" and insert your note. Then proceed to Check out.

If you opt to buy with express checkout such as Shop Pay, PayPal or Apple Pay, you will bypass our Cart Page with the "Add order note" so you will have to send an email with your note to service@acerunners.ca.

Unfortunately, our ecommerce platform does not have a reserve function that locks an item after it is added to your cart. This means that whoever checks out first gets the item.

Yes! Please add a note to your order with the name of the person who is picking up for you (or send us an email). Also, please ensure that whoever is picking up your
order has your order number readily available.

Yes, when you order an in-stock item, insert a note or email us "Hold until I order [insert item]". Then when you order the new release or restock item, insert a note or email us "Combine with order [insert your first order number]". We will then combine your order and refund any excess shipping fees.

CHANGES TO AN ORDER

The quickest way for you to add to your existing order is to make a second order, click on “Add order note” just above the Check out box, insert a note that the second order is to be combined with your first order stating the first order number, and pay for shipping. Please also send a quick email to service@acerunners.ca.  We will then combine the orders and refund you the difference in shipping costs.  If your second order results in your order moving up to a bigger box size, it may make a small difference in shipping cost.

If you receive an email prior to making your second order which says "Your Order is on the Way", we have already packaged up your order and it is no longer possible to combine your orders.

Please do not choose "Local Pickup" if you do not intend to pick up your order as this means that we have to manually calculate shipping costs later on. And if you do not reside in British Columbia, we have to manually adjust applicable provincial sales taxes. Manual calculations result in longer shipping turnaround times for all of our customers.

If you notice that a disc that you have purchased was not the one you intended, please send an email to service@acerunners.ca as soon as possible. Let us know the SKU number of the disc you want, and we should be able to update your order for you.

To cancel your order, please send an email with your order number to service@aceunners.ca as soon as possible. Please review our Return Policy and note that a 5% restocking fee will apply because every payment provider charges the seller a transaction fee based on a percentage of the purchase amount whether or not an order is fulfilled or cancelled. If your order has already been fulfilled and picked up by a courier, please refer to our Return Policy.

Unfortunately, our ecommerce platform does not have an option to retroactively apply any gift cards or reward points codes after your order is submitted.

Shipping

Your shipping options are described here.

Please make sure your delivery address matches the address set out on carrier websites such as Canada Post's postal code lookup. It helps the carriers if your address is described the same way as it is set out in their system.

Please note that some carriers scan packages upon pickup, and others will not scan the package until it has reached their facility. If you have just received your tracking number, please allow 24-48 hours for any tracking links to update.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please send an email to service@acerunners.ca as soon as possible. We can update your shipping address as long as it does not affect the shipping cost for a tracked parcel. **Please note: if the updated address results in a substantial difference in shipping cost, we will cancel and refund the order so that you can reorder with the correct address.

Returns

If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please send an email to service@acerunners.ca. Please include a photo of your packing slip so that we can further investigate what went wrong.

PAYMENT QUESTIONS

To safeguard our customers, we do not take credit card payments over the phone. If you do not wish to use your credit card on our website, you can purchase a prepaid credit card (available at many banks and retailers) with a set amount to cover your online purchase.

Our website will accept Visa debit cards (and not other debit cards).

Although there is currently no way to save your payment in our site, it is possible to pay with Apple Pay or a similar equivalent which stores your payment information in your device. This will speed up your checkout and bypass having to enter your information every time you make a purchase. This is a great way to ensure that your checkout process is a smooth as possible. This may also help speed up checkout when buying limited edition products on release days. 

However, if you have issues with these payment options, we have no way of troubleshooting these issues as they are not directly affiliated with our site. Sometimes these payment methods will not work due to issues on your device or with the payment program itself.

If you are having issues with one type of payment, we suggest trying a different method or checking to see if it is an issue with your device. Again, we cannot help troubleshoot these issues.
