Ace Runners Rewards Program Terms of Use
July 25, 2024 Update
The Innova Canada website at www.innovadiscgolfcanada.ca is now functional and the premises at 104 - 20460 Langley Bypass is now carrying only Innova branded products. Points can no longer be redeemed in-store; they can only be redeemed online at the online Ace Runners store.
June 24, 2024 Update
Ace Runners Disc Golf has been acquired by Innova Disc Golf. This website will remain operational until the Innova Canada website is fully operational. As such, participants of the Ace Runners Rewards Program can claim their points on the Ace Runners website until August 31, 2024.
May 28, 2024 Update
Upon review of our rewards program that was launched in 2023, we have permanently discontinued it. This change is now reflected our rewards icon. Please note that points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or Ace Runners gift cards, nor transferred to another account. We have had many requests about topping up points / retroactively adding points for previous sales and it has been determined that no additional points will be added to the program. These points cannot be transferred out of the Ace Runners website.
Introduction
Welcome to the Ace Runners Rewards Program ("Program"). The Program is operated by Ace Runners Disc Golf ("Ace Runners", "us" or "our") to reward and thank our loyal customers. By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. Ace Runners reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use and any policy, FAQ or guideline pertaining to the Program at any time without prior notice at our sole discretion. Any such amendments may be effective immediately and will be posted to www.acerunners.ca.
Earning Points
From the Program's launch date on March 23, 2023 to May 28, 2024, Participants earned 10 Points for every $1 spent on eligible products at www.acerunners.ca and through other promotional offers, events, or activities in effect from time to time.
Redeeming Points
You can redeem your points at www.acerunners.ca for a discount code. After you add an item to your Cart and click "Check out", you can insert your discount code into the "Discount code or gift card" box and apply it. Please note that your code is a one use only code so any balance will be forfeited and that only one code can be used per order. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or Ace Runners gift cards, nor transferred to another account.
Checking Points Balance
You can check your Points balance by logging into your account at www.acerunners.ca and visiting the rewards section.
Returns and Cancellations
If an order is returned or cancelled, any Points earned from that order will be deducted from your account. If Points have already been redeemed, the value of the redeemed Points may be deducted from any refund.
Expiration and Forfeiture of Points
If there is no account activity for a period of 24 consecutive months, Points will expire and be removed from your account at our sole discretion. Account activity includes earning or redeeming Points. If your account is closed or terminated, any unused Points will be forfeited.
Program Changes and Termination
Ace Runners reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice.
Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Program, you agree that Ace Runners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the Program or these Terms of Use.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada, as applicable.
