We want to let everyone know that we have just been informed by Discraft and Dynamic Discs that they will be raising their wholesale prices and retail prices effective January 1, 2021 citing rising costs in multiple supply chains as the reasons. This means that the MSRP (manufacturer's suggested retail price) and MAP (minimum advertised pricing) of many of their products will be increasing. As our prices are not permitted to be below MAP, we will have to adjust some of our prices accordingly. We do try to keep our prices close to MAP but have to take into account fluctuating currency exchange rates when we determine our Canadian prices for the year. As Canada Post and FedEx have also announced price increases for 2021, we expect more manufacturers will be announcing their price increases soon. And since we cannot adjust all prices to ensure they are not below MAP on January 1, we may have to adjust them brand by brand during the last week of 2020.
